It is in this area of structural dynamics that Ekspan was established in 1990, and which remains our core business today.

Our Support
Ekspan is recognised for its innovation and commitment to total service for product and site support. Initial and regular visits to bridges/structures and installations can be made, where site inspections are undertaken to provide clients with expert structural analysis and reporting of findings. Recommendations can then be given to resolve any structural deterioration that may be evident in order to prolong the lifespan of structures by regular maintenance and tailored solutions.
Ekspan’s technical staff can offer a design solution based upon a range of standard products, to meet any support problem. If you have a special requirement Ekspan can design and manufacture a bearing to suit. We are especially conversant with the problems involving hostile environments, extremes of temperature and corrosion.
Installation is carried out by our fully equipped teams of multi-skilled engineers both on a nationwide and worldwide basis. We provide full documentation packages specific to each project, for example method statement, risk assessment and jacking requirements.
Ekspan inspection and support services are not limited to products supplied by ourselves, we have extensive experience and knowledge of all types of structural products accommodating many different movements.
